US prepares to sanction the ICC, that indicted Russia's Putin and Israel's Netanyahu for war crimes
Trump is preparing sanctions against the International Criminal Court itself, potentially cutting it off from U.S. banking, technology and services. The US has already sanctioned 13 ICC officials and vowed to dismantle the war crimes court “brick by brick.”
