France sued twice over its handling of the Epstein investigation

Two lawsuits were served on the French state at the Paris Judicial Tribunal on 31 July and 21 August 2026, alleging gross fault in its handling of the French side of the Epstein investigation. The first hearings are scheduled for 2027.
