Russia declared British military sites as targets. UK response has been 10 days of silence.
On 27 August, Russia named British military sites as targets over Storm Shadow transfers. Nine days later there is no official UK response, no ministerial statement, no Russian ambassador summoned. Instead, the PM postponed the 3 per cent defence target.
